What’s Covered

If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. To file a claim, please email info@nevefine.com with the following:

• Clear photos of the item from multiple angles.

• Your name, order number, or the email address used for purchase. Our team will review your request and provide a solution within 48 hours.

Ongoing Support

For issues resulting from everyday life—such as general wear and tear or accidental damage—we offer professional guidance and replacement options at a minimal service fee. Simply reach out to us with:

• A description of the issue.

• Photos of the piece. We are committed to keeping your NEVE jewelry in perfect condition.

What’s Not Covered

To maintain the integrity of our warranty, please note that Lifetime NEVE Care does not cover:

• Discoloration caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, pools, or spas.

• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or lack of proper care.

• Loss of stones due to bent prongs or misshapen settings caused by physical impact.

• Lost or stolen items.

• Pieces serviced or altered by any third-party jeweler. (Any third-party servicing will void your NEVE warranty.)
